  • 2 Definitions
  1. Facility - Piaskowy Koń - House "Nol" and Piaskowy Koń - House "Bakalia," along with the adjacent area.
  2. House - Piaskowy Koń - House "Nol" or Piaskowy Koń - House "Bakalia," collectively referred to as Houses.
  3. Piaskowy Koń - House "Bakalia": accommodation facility (house) located at 58-520 Mniszków 6b, Poland, along with adjacent installations and equipment, registered in the municipal register of accommodation facilities (Janowice Wielkie Municipality Office, ul. Kolejowa 2, 58-520 Janowice Wielkie) under registration number UH/2/2012 (www.janowicewielkie.pl). It is managed by Alina Poniatowska.
  4. Piaskowy Koń - House "Nol": accommodation facility (house) located at 58-520 Mniszków 6c, Poland, along with adjacent installations and equipment, registered in the municipal register of accommodation facilities (Janowice Wielkie Municipality Office, ul. Kolejowa 2, 58-520 Janowice Wielkie) under registration number UH/2/2012 (www.janowicewielkie.pl). It is managed by Natalia Poniatowska-Wasiak
  5. Accompanying infrastructure: devices located around the Piaskowy Koń accommodation facility, intended for guests' use, including a pool, grill, playground, garden furniture, chairs, sunbeds, greenery, decorative elements, security elements.
  6. Reservation: an action consisting of ordering short-term accommodation services in the Houses for a specified period, under specified parameters, for a specified number of people.
  7. Booking Party: the person making the Reservation or entering into a lease agreement for the Houses on behalf of themselves or a third party.
  8. Guest: any person staying at the Piaskowy Koń - House "Bakalia" or House "Nol" accommodation facility, using accommodation within the concluded lease agreement, registered by name at the time of booking.
  9. Night stay: the time of stay in the House, which starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
  10. Reservation system: a system available on the website www.piaskowykon.pl, enabling the reservation and conclusion of lease agreements for Houses online, as well as the automated payment of stays.
  11. User: a person using the Reservation System.
  12. Payment system: an electronic payment system (including card payments) Przelewy24.pl (operated by PayPro SA Payment Agent, ul. Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań, entered into the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań, Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Economic Department of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000347935, NIP 7792369887, Regon 301345068) and PayPal (operated by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A with its registered office at L-1150 in Luxembourg).
  13. Permanent medium: a material or device enabling the storage for the necessary time, resulting from the nature of the information and the purpose of its creation or transmission, containing information in a form that prevents its modification or allows for the reproduction of information in the version and form in which it was created or transmitted.
  14. Regulations: these Regulations.
  15. Website: the website presenting the Piaskowy Koń houses at https://piaskowykon.pl
  16. End Device - electronic equipment used by the User to access the Reservation System with an internet connection, whose software allows browsing websites compatible with the HTML 5 standard.
  17. Force Majeure - external events that are unavoidable and cannot be overcome, preventing the performance of the lease agreement, especially floods, large-scale fires, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, riots, armed conflicts, expropriation, state prohibitions preventing the conduct of activities specified in the Regulations.
  • 2 Regulations, Reservation System
  1. The Regulations define the rights and obligations of the Manager, Booking Party, and Guests related to the use of the Reservation System, the rules for concluding a lease agreement, and the use of the Facility.
  2. The Regulations are binding for the Booking Party and all Guests, aiming to ensure the safety, comfort, and order of the Facility.
  3. Familiarity with the content and acceptance of the Regulations is a condition for making a Reservation.
  4. In the event of the Booking Party or other Guests not complying with the Regulations, the Manager has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without the obligation to refund the paid price for the remaining stay.
  5. The Booking Party is obliged to communicate the content of the Regulations to all Guests and other persons who will be present on the Facility's premises in connection with the reservation.
  6. The Manager may change the Regulations. The change in the Regulations becomes effective at the time indicated by the Manager but not earlier than from the moment of its publication (as original version) at www.piaskowykon.pl/pliki/regulamin_piaskowy_kon.pdf.
  7. In the scope of services provided electronically, the Regulations constitute the regulations for the provision of electronic services referred to in art. 8 sec. 1 of the Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of electronic services.
  8. The condition for the provision of services electronically is the possession by the User of the End Device and an email address.
  9. The Manager provides the following services to Users electronically: a) making a Reservation for a House and concluding a lease agreement, b) contact with the Manager through the form.
  10. The condition for using services electronically is completing the Reservation Form in the "Reserve" tab, providing the data indicated there, confirming knowledge of and accepting the Regulations, and consenting to the processing of personal data for the purpose of using the service (Privacy Policy).
  11. To use the Reservation System, the User must meet the following technical requirements: a device with internet access and a web browser supporting the HTML 5 standard, as well as enabled cookie support in the browser.
  12. The Manager informs that using services provided electronically involves risks. The User is exposed to infection of the End Device with malicious software. To reduce this risk, the User should have up-to-date antivirus software installed.
  13. The Manager reserves the right to have interruptions in access to the Reservation System.
  14. The Manager is not responsible for the non-functioning or improper functioning of the Reservation System resulting from reasons beyond the Manager's control, in particular: a) failures on the User's side, including the improper operation of End Devices, b) ongoing maintenance of the Reservation System to ensure its proper functioning, c) failures or improper provision of services by third parties providing services to the Manager or the User, d) failures of servers or teleinformatics networks.
  • 3 Communication

  2. The Houses are presented on the website www.piaskowykon.pl.
  • 4 Possible Forms of Payment
  1. Settlements are made: a) using the Przelewy24 Payment System (przelewy24.pl), b) using the PayPal Payment System (paypal.com), c) by bank transfer. The bank account number for settlements (mBank S.A.) is:
    • House "Bakalia": 61 1140 2004 0000 3002 3203 3256, unless stated otherwise.
    • House "Nol": 47 1140 2004 0000 3402 7408 9796, unless stated otherwise.
  2. The Manager has the right to choose the payment method.
  • 5 Reservation, House Rental Conditions
  1. The Houses are rented for Night Stays.
  2. The number of Guests, including children, must not exceed: 5 persons – in House Bakalia and 8 persons – in House Nol.
  3. There is no possibility of changing Guests during one stay.
  4. Each Reservation and rental concerns the entire House.
  5. Reservations can only be made by an adult.
  6. Staying in a House by a minor requires the consent of parents or legal guardians, with the guardians' signatures notarized, if the minor is staying without a legal guardian.
  7. The minimum rental period for Houses is 6 Night Stays, unless otherwise agreed.
  8. The Manager reserves the right to cancel a reservation without stating a reason within 24 hours of its creation, understood as the Manager's withdrawal from the lease agreement. The Manager is then obliged to promptly inform the Booking Party of this fact and to refund all funds paid within 24 hours of canceling the Reservation.
  9. To make a Reservation through the Reservation System, the Booking Party: a) selects the arrival and departure dates, as well as the number of Guests, b) provides personal data, including name, email address, phone number, home address, PESEL number, c) chooses additional options such as a hot tub (jacuzzi), sauna, firewood for a bonfire, sauna towel, baby cot, d) selects the payment method and amount (a 40% deposit or the full amount upfront), e) chooses the payment method, i.e., Przelewy24, PayPal, bank transfer.
  10. From the moment of agreement (indication in the Reservation System) on the rental period of the facility (making a reservation), the time to make a deposit or the full amount for the stay is 6 hours. The deposit is 40% of the price (determined based on information generated by the Reservation System or stay calculation provided by the Manager). In the case of reservations for a special period (e.g., New Year's Eve, Christmas) or a stay that is to start in less than 14 days, the time for making the payment may be shortened.
  11. The conclusion of the House lease agreement occurs at the moment the funds are credited to the bank account / in the Przelewy24.pl or PayPal payment system or upon receipt of the payment confirmation/transfer by email (e-mail).
  12. When choosing the "bank transfer" payment method, payment will be manually booked within 1 business day. In this case, to confirm the Reservation, it is necessary to send a payment confirmation by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. within 6 hours of making the reservation.
  13. By choosing payment via Przelewy24.pl or PayPal, it is possible to pay for the stay using payment methods such as VISA / MasterCard or instant online transfers offered by payment operators. The Booking Party receives immediate confirmation of the Reservation.
  14. The rental price is calculated based on the specified dates of stay, the number of Guests, additional options, and discount codes (if available).
  15. At the time of making the Reservation, the Booking Party can make a deposit payment of 40% or the entire amount for the stay. Reservations made within a period shorter than 30 days from the arrival date require payment of the entire amount in advance along with a security deposit.
  16. After making a Reservation, an email is sent to the email address provided by the Booking Party with a Reservation confirmation with the status "Awaiting payment," as well as the lease agreement and Regulations.
  17. After the deposit/full amount for the stay is credited or the confirmation of such a transfer is sent, a confirmation email is sent to the email address provided by the Booking Party with the status "Confirmed."
  18. Making a Reservation is dependent on consenting to the processing of personal data for the purpose of providing accommodation services and communication before, during, and after the stay using electronic communication channels. Detailed information on the collection and processing of personal data is published on the website www.piaskowykon.pl in the "Privacy Policy" tab.
  19. Houses cannot be reserved for the purpose of organizing various types of events, bachelorette or bachelor parties, etc., and persons under 21 years of age cannot stay without older guardians.
  20. Houses cannot be reserved for commercial activities (e.g., for organizing photo sessions, product or service presentations, training) without prior agreement on detailed rental conditions.
  21. Both Houses cannot be reserved together for one organized group of people.
  22. Pets weighing up to 3 kg are allowed in the Houses, subject to agreement on the terms of stay – before making a reservation.
  23. Charging PHEV (plug-in hybrid) and EV/BEV (electric) vehicles from the House's power grid without agreement on conditions is not allowed.
  24. Catalogs and other written information presenting the offer of renting Houses, as well as information provided on the website www.piaskowykon.pl, are only an invitation to conclude an agreement and are not an offer within the meaning of the civil code regulations.
  • 6 House Rental Agreement – Conclusion, Amendment, Termination
  1. The House rental agreement is concluded after making a reservation.
  2. The condition for concluding the rental agreement is the acceptance of the Regulations, which constitute its integral part.
  3. The conclusion of the House rental agreement can be made through electronic communication channels (email / website) by unambiguously accepting its content or signing it. The form of concluding the agreement is decided by the Manager.
  4. The condition for providing access to the House is the conclusion of the rental agreement, payment for the stay, and providing the data of all Guests who will stay in the House, in particular: first and last name, contact phone number, and car registration numbers that will be parked at the House. The data must be provided no later than 7 days before arrival.
  5. To conclude the agreement, it is necessary to provide identifying information about the Booking Party (including name, address, email address, PESEL or other identification number, contact phone number). Before preparing the agreement, the Booking Party will be asked to provide this data. In the case of reservations using the Reservation System, this information must be provided during the reservation process. In the event of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances preventing the provision of services specified in the contract, the Manager will notify the Booking Party of the termination of the agreement before the start of the stay and will refund all payments within 14 days from the date of termination.
  • 7 Security Deposit
  1. A security deposit is collected from the Booking Party in the amount of: PLN 1000 (Bakalia house) or PLN 1500 (Nol house) as security for any claims by the Manager against the Booking Party, in particular resulting from damage, contractual penalties, fees, or compensation. The deposit is paid no later than along with the rental price.
  2. The deposit is returned to the bank account specified by the Booking Party, and in the case of online payments, to the account or card used for the reservation payment, within 3 days from the departure date, provided that no damage is found in the Facility. The Manager is not responsible for delays resulting from the time it takes for banks/payment operators to process the return.
  3. In case a deduction is deemed necessary, the Manager will inform the Booking Party, specifying the amount of the deduction. The Booking Party is obligated to settle any outstanding amount exceeding the amount of the deposit.
  • 8 Termination of the Rental Agreement, Change of Rental Agreement Conditions
  1. The Booking Party can terminate the agreement at any time before the start of the stay, but is then obliged to pay an appropriate amount depending on the moment of termination of the agreement, as specified below.
  2. Termination of the agreement requires a written statement delivered to the Manager by post or via email (message sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) or by SMS (number +48 609136056). The moment of submitting the statement to the Manager constitutes the moment of termination.
  3. The Booking Party is obligated to pay the Manager a fee for terminating the agreement, the lump-sum amount of which is: a) termination up to 30 days before the day of the stay – 40% of the total price of the stay; b) termination from 29 to 14 days before the day of the stay – 70% of the total price of the stay; c) termination from 13 to 8 days before the day of the stay – 85% of the total price of the stay; d) termination 7 days before the day of the stay or later – 95% of the total price of the stay.
  4. The fee is settled against the payment made by the Booking Party. Any difference is refunded to the Booking Party within 14 days from the date of termination of the agreement by the Booking Party, to the bank account specified by them.
  5. The Booking Party has the right to change the stay date under the following conditions (met simultaneously): a) the change occurs no later than 60 calendar days before the original arrival date, b) the new date indicated is available, c) the new stay period includes at least the same number of nights as the original stay, d) the new stay date takes place in the same calendar year as the first day of the original stay.
  6. The Booking Party will settle any price difference resulting from the stay price list for the specified period.
  7. The Booking Party has the right to transfer all their rights arising from the agreement to a person meeting the conditions for concluding the House rental agreement, provided that this person takes over all obligations arising from this agreement. The transfer of rights and assumption of obligations is effective if the Booking Party informs the Manager in writing no later than 5 days before arrival. The Booking Party and the person taking over their rights are jointly responsible for any unpaid part of the stay price.
  8. In a situation where the Manager is forced to change the main parameters of the stay (arrival or departure date, number of Night Stays, number of Guests) before the stay or is unable to meet special requirements (on which the parties agreed in the agreement), the Booking Party will be immediately notified.
  9. In the notification of the change, the Manager informs the Booking Party about: changes to the agreement conditions and the possible impact of these changes on the price, as well as the deadline for terminating the agreement. The Booking Party has the right to terminate the agreement within 72 hours of receiving information about the change in the most essential conditions of the agreement, understood as a change in the date, number of overnight stays, and number of people. In the case of termination of the agreement, the Booking Party receives a refund of the entire amount paid within 14 days from the date of receiving the declaration of termination. In the case of changes to other stay parameters, the Manager promptly informs about the type of change and its impact on the price.
  10. In the event of Force Majeure, preventing the performance of the rental agreement, the rental agreement expires, and the amount paid is refunded in part depending on when Force Majeure occurred: a) in the event of Force Majeure up to 30 days before the start of the stay, the entire amount is refunded b) in the event of Force Majeure from 29 to 1 day before the start of the stay, 75% of the paid amount is refunded.
  • 9 Prices, Payment Terms
  1. Prices, if presented on the property's website (price list, special prices), are approximate and indicative – they do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the civil code regulations. The exact price of the stay is provided in the Reservation System after entering the stay parameters (including House indication, arrival and departure dates, number of people, and additional options). Prices may change during the season.
  2. In the case of payment by regular bank transfer, the deposit is paid to the specified bank account. In the transfer title, the surname of the Booking Party and the stay date (from… to…) should be included. The remaining part of the stay payment along with the deposit must be settled by transfer – up to 30 calendar days before arrival.
  3. Payments using the Przelewy24 or PayPal system are automated. The remaining part of the stay payment along with the deposit must be settled using the same payment system – up to 30 calendar days before arrival.
  4. If the Booking Party fails to settle the remaining part of the stay price within 30 days before the arrival date, it is considered that the Booking Party terminated the agreement, and the Manager is not obliged to refund the already paid deposit.
  • 10 House Handover
  1. The handover is possible from 3:00 PM to 11:59 PM on the day of arrival. Before 3:00 PM, it is not possible to stay in the Facility or on the property.
  2. Guests receive a set of keys and key fobs, as well as proximity wristbands, at the time of handover, which they are obliged to return (leave in the Facility) on the day of departure. Losing keys requires payment of a fee of PLN 500. Losing a wristband/key fob requires payment of a fee of PLN 100 per item.
  3. In the event of a shortened stay not resulting from the fault of the Manager, the payment for the unused time of the stay is not refundable.
  4. In the event that a Guest does not arrive at the designated time by 7:00 AM the next day, it is assumed that the Booking Party has canceled the agreement. The fee paid is not refundable in this case.
  • 11 Stay in the Houses
  1. The Manager ensures the conditions for the Guests' rest, as well as cleanliness and order in the Houses on the day of arrival - before check-in.
  2. During the stay, Guests must adhere to the provisions of the "House Operation Instructions," available in each House, especially regarding safety rules, maintaining order, and using facilities. Guests are also required to familiarize themselves with the rules for using the Facility's infrastructure (e.g., pool, hot tub, sauna, playground) and comply with them.
  3. The Manager reserves the right to verify Guests' compliance with the regulations during their stay.
  4. The Manager has the right to refuse to make a reservation, conclude an agreement, or withdraw from the agreement if Guests or the Booking Party did not comply with the Regulations during a previous stay. In such a situation, the Manager will refund the deposit (if paid) or the full amount for the stay (if paid) to the Booking Party.
  5. During the heating season, the Houses are heated by a fireplace with heat distribution. Guests are responsible for heating the fireplace. The Manager provides the wood for the fireplace in an amount sufficient to maintain optimal thermal comfort conditions during the stay (in accordance with accepted standards). The use of allocated wood and providing additional may be subject to an additional charge.
  6. Smoking in the fireplace with material other than the wood provided by the Manager (especially foils, plastics, clothes, other waste, etc.) is prohibited. It is also forbidden to bake/heat food or dry clothes in it. The use of the fireplace is possible only in the manner indicated by the Lessor.
  7. Due to fire protection requirements in the Houses, smoking of tobacco, candles, heaters, etc., is strictly prohibited, as well as the use of any electric or gas-powered devices not constituting equipment of the house but capable of creating a fire hazard, including electric heaters, radiators, irons, and gas burners.
  8. Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited in the Houses. Designated outdoor areas are available for this purpose (ashtrays are provided). Guests are required to clean the ashtrays before the end of the stay and leaving the Facility.
  9. In the event of smoking or using similar products in the house, the Booking Party will be charged an additional fee resulting, among other things, from the need for deodorization of the Facility, up to PLN 1500.
  10. During the stay, Guests are responsible for maintaining order in the Facility (appropriate equipment is available on-site: vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, brooms, etc.). Guests are required to clean up after themselves before leaving the Facility and completing their stay (final cleaning). Excessive pollution of the Facility and its surroundings will result in additional charges. The amount of the fees depends on the type and scale of the disorder.
  11. Only soft indoor footwear is allowed in the Houses. Outdoor footwear (especially mountain boots) must be left in the designated area (entrance hall). Guests must have their own indoor footwear. It is not allowed to climb stairs and the upper floor in outdoor footwear or in footwear that may damage the wooden floor.
  12. Parking spaces at the Facility are unguarded. The Manager is not responsible for the theft or damage of motor vehicles or other devices belonging to Guests unless the damage was caused directly by the fault of the Manager.
  13. It is prohibited to take bed linen, throws, towels, blankets, and other items belonging to the Facility out of the premises (except for designated pool towels (colored) or additional towels ordered for the sauna), and also to use them improperly.
  14. Snow removal from the access road to the Facilities (leading from the main asphalt road in Mniszków) is the responsibility of the Manager. However, in particularly difficult conditions (heavy snowfall), the time of snow removal may be extended, which cannot be a reason for claims by the Guest. The Facilities are equipped with snow shovels - available to Guests.
  15. Only Guests are allowed on the Facility. Data of all persons staying in the Facility must be provided before arrival. The presence of third parties requires prior written consent from the Manager. If it is found that there are more Guests in the House than agreed, the Manager has the right to claim a contractual penalty from the Booking Party of PLN 5000.
  16. At Piaskowy Koń, a nighttime silence is observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During the nighttime silence, Guests and persons present in the Facility must behave in such a way as not to disturb the peace or the stay of other people and residents of the village, especially the second House (concerning, among other things, playing music and making noise outside the house). Guests are also obliged not to make noise during the day, following the principles of social coexistence.
  17. The Manager disclaims responsibility for the lack of possibility to provide services or their limitations resulting from a lack of electricity supply, not caused by the fault of the Manager.
  18. Items left by Guests after leaving the Facility will be sent to the specified address at their expense, after prior notification of this fact.
  • 12 Liability for Damages
  1. The Booking Party is obliged to repair any damages arising in the Facility due to improper performance of the agreement or on the basis of fault, including damages caused by Guests and persons visiting the Booking Party who are not Guests. Damage means both the damage that has occurred and lost profits.
  2. The Booking Party and Guests are responsible for maintaining order and the technical condition of the Facility in accordance with what was handed over to them. They are not responsible for normal wear and tear of things.
  3. All damages should be reported to the Manager immediately by SMS, MMS, phone, or by e-mail to facilitate their prompt removal.
  4. In the case of permanent staining of bed linen or towels (especially with blood, hair dye, marker, pen), these items will be disposed of, and the Booking Party will be charged the cost of purchasing new sets.
  5. Guests are responsible for supervising minors staying in the Facility. Guests bear full responsibility for the persons they care for, especially when using the pool, sauna, playground, and other facilities on the Facility's premises (accompanying infrastructure).
  6. The Manager is not responsible for items left in the Houses, especially valuable items.
  7. It is forbidden to fly a drone on the Piaskowy Koń premises.
  • 13 Use of Ancillary Infrastructure
  1. Before using the ancillary infrastructure, it is imperative to familiarize yourself with the regulations of individual facilities, including the pool, hot tub, sauna, playground, and adhere to their provisions. The regulations are available in the facility.
  2. The Manager is not responsible for any damages to persons or property resulting from improper use of equipment in the Houses and ancillary infrastructure.
  3. Guests can only use the infrastructure located near the House in which they are registered for the stay (Guests from one house cannot use the infrastructure of another house), unless agreed otherwise.
  4. In the event of sudden weather phenomena (strong winds), Guests should secure outdoor furniture (tables, small tables, chairs, etc.) to prevent damage (e.g., move to a safe place).
  5. Pools at the Houses are available seasonally (May-September). They are not fenced. The pool water undergoes filtration, chlorination, and other disinfection treatments. Pool water is heated during periods indicated on the website www.piaskowykon.pl. The Manager does not provide a lifeguard at the pool. The use of the pool is at your own risk, following the rules of the Pool Usage Regulations (available at the facility).
  6. Guests acknowledge that the Manager makes every effort to ensure the quality of the pool water, but using the pool may be associated with the risk of infection.
  7. Unauthorized changes to the parameters of the heat pump heating the pool water or adjusting other devices that are part of the pool installation are not allowed. The water is heated to a maximum of 31°C during the periods indicated on the website www.piaskowykon.pl. Guests may be required to cover the pool with a special foil to maintain water temperature. The water is heated until 9:30 PM.
  8. Hot Tub. It is available according to the reservation made. The use of the hot tub is at your own risk, following the rules of the Hot Tub Usage Regulations (available at the House). The hot tub is intended for adults. The use of the hot tub by children is the responsibility of parents (guardians) and under their full control. Unauthorized changes to the parameters of the heating installation in the hot tub are not allowed. The hot tub must be covered after each use.
  9. The Owner/Manager disclaims responsibility for maintaining the declared water temperature in the pool (if applicable) in case of a prolonged power outage.
  10. Sauna. It is available according to the reservation made. The use of the sauna is at your own risk, following the rules of the Sauna Usage Regulations (available at the House).
  11. Children should not be left unsupervised on balconies or terraces. Balconies and terraces can be blocked to prevent opening by children.
  12. Grill. Provided built-in grills can only be fueled with briquettes or charcoal. It is prohibited to use wood for firing. For using wood in the grill, the Booking Party will pay a contractual penalty of PLN 1000.
  13. Bonfire. It is forbidden to use firewood (intended for the fireplace) for a bonfire. For using fireplace wood for a bonfire, the Booking Party will pay a contractual penalty of PLN 1000. Firewood for a bonfire can be ordered during the reservation or during the stay from the Manager.
  14. Prohibits the disassembly of stone structures and other decorative elements, as well as the destruction of greenery around the Piaskowy Koń properties.
  15. The area on which the Piaskowy Koń houses are located is partially fenced. There are also unfenced water features nearby. This may result in the appearance of wildlife near the property (deer, hares, badgers, etc.), as well as farm and domestic animals.
  16. Monitoring. Driveways, parking lots, wood storage, grill gazebos, and bonfire areas are monitored. The camera image is recorded and temporarily stored on electronic media.
  17. The use of fireworks is prohibited on the Property.
  18. Feeding animals (especially dogs and cats) in the vicinity of the Property is prohibited.
  • 14 Complaints Regarding Electronic Service Provision
  1. The Manager undertakes to exercise due diligence to ensure the highest quality of services in accordance with the principles set out in the Regulations.
  2. The User may file a complaint with the Manager if they find that the service has not been performed or has been improperly performed.
  3. The User can file a complaint: in the form of an email sent to the address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or in writing to the address of the Manager Piaskowy Koń Natalia Poniatowska-Wasiak, 58-520 Mniszków 6a.
  4. The User, when submitting a complaint, should provide their name and surname or the name if they are a business, describe the non-performance or improper performance of the service and the deadline for detecting irregularities.
  5. The Manager will confirm the receipt of the complaint to the User immediately after receiving it by email or in writing, providing the number assigned to the complaint.
  6. The Manager considers the User's complaint immediately, but no later than within 14 days of receiving it.
  7. The Manager will inform the User of the resolution of the complaint by email or in writing to the address previously indicated by the User.
  8. In the event that the Manager's complaint is not considered, the User, who is a consumer, may obtain free assistance in resolving a dispute between the User and the Manager by using the free assistance of the district (city) consumer ombudsman or a social organization whose statutory tasks include consumer protection.
  • 15 Final Provisions
  1. The amended Regulations will apply to events that occur after its entry into force, and for events that occurred before its entry into force, the previous Regulations will apply.
  2. The contractual penalties provided for in the Regulations do not exclude the right to claim compensation for damages exceeding the contractual penalty.
  3. All disputes between the Manager and the User will be settled by the common court competent according to the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
  4. In matters not covered by the Regulations, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, shall apply.
