Year-round, charming mountain cottage with a jacuzzi, heated pool, and private sauna. A standalone wooden house surrounded by a spacious garden with mountain views. The cottage area is partially fenced, making deer and roe deer frequent guests. The cottage is entirely made of wood, and the interior is enriched with 120-year-old wooden beams from the Karkonosze region, paintings, and handmade decorations.

Each house has an independent entrance, parking, and recreational area – exclusively for guests registered in the house.
The cottages are approximately 100 meters apart, separated by a row of old trees and fencing.
Comfort and Safety During Your Stay
Bedrooms are equipped with external shutters and blackout curtains.
Balcony doors have childproof locks.
The house is equipped with carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, and there is a fireplace guard available.
A stair gate can be ordered for your stay.
Maintaining Hygiene and Cleanliness
We implement a 30-hour gap between guest stays.
We use professional disinfectants for cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, door handles, AV equipment remotes, keys, etc.
Towels and linens are washed with specialized detergents, and bed linens are ironed (high temperature).
The sauna is preheated and ozonized before guest arrival.
The pool water undergoes regular chlorination (chlorine levels are systematically checked).
The hot tub water is replaced before each guest arrival and undergoes continuous disinfection and filtration during the stay.
Recreational Area
The recreational area is unfenced. The house is surrounded by forests and meadows.
The distance from the house to the asphalt road is approximately 140 meters. A flat gravel road leads to the house.
The pool located by the house is unfenced and operational in the summer.
Near the cottage, there is a small natural pond with fish, which is not fenced.
Outdoor surveillance is in operation, monitoring the driveway, parking, playground, woodshed, grill gazebo, and fire pit area.
Bedrooms are located on the upper floor, requiring navigation of wooden stairs.
Nature
Wild animals, mainly deer, elk, hares, and foxes, frequent the surroundings of the house.
In the summer, be prepared for the presence of insects. Small birds may nest in the shaded areas of the terraces.
On meadows and in forests, there are snakes and vipers.
In the living room on the ground floor of the cottage, there is a traditional fireplace with warm air distribution. It creates a unique atmosphere for both warm and cool days and serves to heat the cottage. In the dining area, there is a large original wooden table and chairs, providing comfortable space for gatherings with loved ones, and there's plenty of room for board games enthusiasts.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms. In one there is a continental double bed, and in the other - one double bed and one single bed. Blinds and curtains allow you to darken the room.
Comfortable sleep is ensured by high-quality down bedding.
The mountain house has two bathrooms (on the ground floor and on the first floor) with a toilet, shower and sink.
The house for rent in the mountains has access to a covered, panoramic terrace with terrace furniture. From the terrace you can conveniently access the outdoor private jacuzzi, the outdoor private heated swimming pool (open in summer) or the infrared sauna. Outdoors, there is also a barbecue gazebo with a brick grill, as well as a place for an evening bonfire.
In the private garden, we've created a wonderful play area for children. For the active ones, there's a spacious grassy area for games and activities, along with balls and badminton rackets available (during the summer season).
