Year-round, luxury cottage in the mountains with a jacuzzi, heated pool, and sauna. Independent and privately situated, the property is not fenced, often visited by deer. Entirely made of wood, its unique, eco-friendly features provide a friendly and healthy microclimate for relaxing guests.

Each house has an independent entrance, parking, and recreational area – exclusively for guests registered in the house.
The cottages are approximately 100 meters apart, separated by a row of old trees and fencing.
Comfort and Safety During Your Stay
Bedrooms are equipped with external shutters and blackout curtains.
Balcony doors have childproof locks.
The house is equipped with carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, and there is a fireplace guard available.
A stair gate can be ordered for your stay.
Maintaining Hygiene and Cleanliness
We implement a 30-hour gap between guest stays.
We use professional disinfectants for cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, door handles, AV equipment remotes, keys, etc.
Towels and linens are washed with specialized detergents, and bed linens are ironed (high temperature).
The sauna is preheated and ozonized before guest arrival.
The pool water undergoes regular chlorination (chlorine levels are systematically checked).
The hot tub water is replaced before each guest arrival and undergoes continuous disinfection and filtration during the stay.
Recreational Area
The recreational area is unfenced. The house is surrounded by forests and meadows.
The distance from the house to the asphalt road is approximately 140 meters. A flat gravel road leads to the house.
The pool located by the house is unfenced and operational in the summer.
Near the cottage, there is a small natural pond with fish, which is not fenced.
Outdoor surveillance is in operation, monitoring the driveway, parking, playground, woodshed, grill gazebo, and fire pit area.
Bedrooms are located on the upper floor, requiring navigation of wooden stairs.
Nature
Wild animals, mainly deer, elk, hares, and foxes, frequent the surroundings of the house.
In the summer, be prepared for the presence of insects. Small birds may nest in the shaded areas of the terraces.
Expansive windows in the living room, on the balconies, and across the terraces provide breathtaking views of the mountains, naturalistic gardens, vast meadows, and forests. The generous open-plan living room boasts a classic, traditional fireplace and a dining area with a fabulous panorama. The interior is adorned with 120-year-old wooden beams, paintings, handmade decorations, and stylish furniture

The living room with large windows opens up to views of mountain peaks. Imagine discovering picturesque landscapes right from a stylish and comfortable sofa. Crystal chandeliers and artwork add elegance to the living room, creating a cozy atmosphere in the evenings. Comfortable sofas invite you to relax after an active day on hiking trails. Many pieces of furniture in the house are handcrafted from wood, giving the interior a unique, natural character.
Spacious bedrooms on the upper floor feature continental king-size beds on warm wooden floors. Roller blinds and curtains allow you to darken the room. A comfortable sleep is ensured by a cozy mattress and high-quality down bedding. Each bedroom has access to a balcony with views of the mountains or old-growth forest and mountain meadows. On the ground floor and upper floor, there are spacious bathrooms with comfortable walk-in showers (hot water 24/7).
Direct access from the living room to a scenic, covered, large terrace with furniture provides true comfort for relaxation. From the terrace area, you can easily move to the jacuzzi (hot tub), sauna, and outdoor heated pool (seasonal). Outdoors, near the house, you can also enjoy a grill gazebo and a place for an evening bonfire.
In the backyard, we've prepared a play area for children, featuring a mini climbing wall and swing. For the active ones, there's also a area to play games with equipment for it.
